Sumter County School Board Public Hearing September 9, 2025

The Sumter County School Board will meet on Tuesday September 9, 2025 at 5:30 pm at the Sumer county school Board, 2680 W C 476, Bushnell, FL 33513 for a Public Hearing on the revision to the 2025-2026 Student Progression Plan.

A copy of the proposed Student Progression Plan may be reviewed on the District Website or in the Sumter County School Board Office during the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Thursday.

Regular Sumter County School Board Meeting 8/19/2025

The Sumter County School Board will meet on August 19, 2025, at 5:30 PM for the regular Board Meeting and at the end of the meeting for closed session, if needed. The meeting will take place in the School Board Meeting room at 2680 W C 476, Bushnell, FL.

Surplus Property Auction Notices

Property Auction by the Sumter County School Board

There will be an auction of a single surplus property offered by the Sumter County School Board at 9294 CR 733, Webster, Florida, across from South Sumter Middle School on Monday, August, 18, 2025 at 10:00 am. The item to be auctioned is a 1995 54 X 28 SHADOWRIDGE MOBILE HOME BEARING SERIAL NUMBER FLA146M9572 A/B. Viewings prior to the date of the auction will be by appointment only. Please call Eric Suber at 352-793-1281 Ext. 52210 to schedule. The mobile home will also be open for viewing from 8:00 am to 9:00 am on the day of the auction. The winning bid will be announced at the close of the auction. The mobile home will be sold as is, with no warranties or implication of warranty. The winning bidder will be fully responsible to have the mobile home moved off site within 30 days of sale unless otherwise agreed upon.
